I classify such pax as ugly , selfish coupled with the ME only attitude - part of our singlish KS syndrome...

It's situations like these that irks you about why on earth exists such behavior with a heck care mindset...

If any PUBLIC visitors are reading this... please spare a thought for all taxi uncles - if you do not have the frame of mind to book a cab and board...dont call for the sake of calling cos if ever one day you are urgently in need and require a cab...you might just not see one coming to your rescue..cos you cry wolf too many times liao.....

My latest encounter ....even the yellow skin are learning to play this game... dont act blur...the next time you might not have the frame of mind to blur at all....

sooner or later retribution will come to these sillyporeans who book cab & jump on another just to save booking charges...without giving a thought on cabbyfurious.gif

Most Bros already given answers....maybe another thing to add sometimes it happen the destination does no allow for cab waiting thus many things are at times beyond the control of cabbies.

Bros,

The biggest joke today..

While I was at the junction of Orchard / Handy Rd.... I received a booking from Vision Crest.

I responded 5mins....and reached my destination under 2 mins...

Guess what ?.....bloody pax ..aeroplane...one female walk up to my cab n knock on my window n told me ..Oh the pax boarded another cab liao....

What's F.... about situations like these ..there are other genuine paxs by the road side trying to hail a cab...and we had to forgo them for idoits like them...

Worst of all the female did not cancel the booking n I tried to call control...after waiting for more than 5 mins....no body pick up the call..

had to wait in the cab with my genuine paxs ...while it rained...offering some shelter for the pax.. and waiting for the 'no show to display' ..so that we could continue our journey...................only the good n genuine pax deserve our service ... agree ?

whenever booking appear on screen "pax waiting on main road nr blk xxx"...i never take & happy to get a rejection haha

Coy din even bother to tell it fellow cabbies.
Nearly smashed my mdt. knnbpcb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hahahaha. Me kena a few times by also. So evertime there's a call booking for "passenger waiting at roadside for aeroplane", I also reject and happy happy accepted warning for rejecting call.biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif Me so happy that taxi company also don't know and though I felt very sad.biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

roadside call booking will be my FIRST piority to reject unless the location happen to be where I am :x

i bought 4d on her number...... n was rewarded with 3rd prize S$ 2,000... like that also can.. fiak..

as for me its very simple, reach i press arrive.. 0 mins i press system to call pax, if call out successfull i wait till -6 mins.. if not successful no show comes out i go off.. simple as that
the other day i got a call, reach the lobby in 1 min, saw the CB angmo woman and guy hope into a citycab sonata.. i straight call her on the phone and she say she is trying to cancelled the call BUT, never did it.. maybe one of these days i will call her wee hrs to wake up for urine..hahaa if i BAD mood knn...
once u have got into this trade long enough, u will knows that these paxs will run when they see empty cabs.. and its not wrong for me to go when NO SHOW comes out.. sometimes i will wait extra while and if the pax walk leisurely i will just move off and let them wait or call for another cab... sometimes u will see them run after yr cab.. if its the very peak hr or raining, wahhh hahhaaa.. ho sei la.. u dont come u wait long long
