Loyang dun bother to print for drivers now...anyway i took the initiative to replicate almost same contents for own use...wld like to share for those who dun have...very useful to avoid complications arising from a minor accident.

rightfully should'nt collect fares if destination not completed...if you're not at fault & can mutually settle then include fares into account plus loss of income hehesmile.gif

Bros,

I thought recently there is a new directive saying that all accidents no matter how minor must be reported to the insurance company... This is to protect the insurance company from "blowout" claims from some drivers...

Sometimes I think why should we care for the company. Some of the minor accident our company still ask us to pay (For Excample: Comfort) $1000 Access even if its minor like the bumper. Worse still some accident case like my friend involved. He got hit by the side door.. He was not in the wrong.. He still need to pay the $2000 access. So why care about the so call "BLOWOUT" Claims?

Yes, we are 'suppose' to report all accident to our insurance or coy, this is to safeguard them, not drivers.
If you can settle it privately, why not?
It saves you the time and hassle to report the accident and most likely saves you some hard earn money too.
Any accident reported will cost you at least 1k. Is that what you want?
Mutual agreement form drafted by Bro Fairfare is good cos it prevent the other party from reporting after the incident and putting a claim on you.
If your pax is there, get them to sign as witness if possible.
