ERP after Fuji Xerox Tower

Recently, I have a pax going to Fuji Xerox Tower. Taxi drop off point is from Keppel Road enter into Anson Road. But the ERP is placed right after Fuji Xerox Tower and before M Hotel. There are no escape road from there and pax not willing to pay for ERP. Anybody know how to avoid the ERP if pax doesn't wish to pay?

The pax is required to pay the ERP for droping off at that location. There is a big sign board and also notice posted on the fare chart that state so. The ERP rate has to be manually entered into the taxi meter as indicated on the ERP gantry.

If I'm not mistaken, there is a Decal in most if not all Comfort cabs that states the ERP charges for Fuji Xerox Tower. Its on the rear left passenger window.

Bro Alan, do not let pax bully u.
Must know all the surcharge well. Is part of our earning.
Some pax will try their luck.

One Sat evening, pickup at Wisma TS to Yong Ann Park. Pax question me (as if I cheat)about the $3 CBD surcharge.

I print out the receipt, point to the phone no. and say
the way you ask, no point for me to explain, they can explain better.

In the end he did not take the receipt and said "no no, I trust you".

There is a signboard over at the Fuji Xerox Tower drop off point by LTA which clearly states that passenger has to pay the prevailing ERP rates when ERP is in operation. If pax don't want to pay, just ask the pax to come out of the taxi and you come out and point out the sign.

Tell them even if pax wants to stop before ERP gantry on a one-way street, they have to pay, want to complain just collect the fare plus the ERP and issue them a receipt.

Some pax like to scare driver a little so that they can get away with what they want, esp new drivers OTR. Be firm and collect what is due to you, unless you over-charge, the law is on your side. Just becos pax talk loud you have to be "scared" into their demands. NO SUCH THING.
