I'll take ECP all the way to PIE. Loyang Ave and Pasir Ris Dr 1. Alternatively also can take ECP, KPE, PIE, Loyang Ave and Pasir Ris Dr 1.

3 routes listed above are popular chosen by pax.

I personally prefer pirate's bcos faster at least 5 mins and confirm shorter by approx $1 going to Steet 11.

Yes it is without any argue but just damn slow inside TPE tunnel.

Nearer n more straight forward, but slower and less $$ !

Even, if you take KPE > TPE, exit by Loyang ave is preferred over exit
tampines ave 12.

I always take taxi going West Plaza from Beach Rd after midnite, most drivers will ask for preferred route and I always tell them anyway as you see fit ..... haha few of them thought I drunk oredy.... few goes by Nicol/KPE, most go by Ophir Rd-> ECP all the way.... when they enter Pasir Ris from Loyang Ave -> PRD1 then I know they're not familiar with this area.

Some warriors go Ophir Rd -> ECP -> TPE -> Exit PRDr12 -> Right to Dr 1... these group know this place very well.... fare is $6 more than going by KPE->TPE. Super fast, only 3 traffic lights 1 Ophir Rd, 1 PRDr12 & 1 Dr1. I like this route, fare NP cos paid by my client.

I thought it was West Mall in Bt Batok......I was searching West Plaza building in street directory cannot find. Turned to page 51 of Street Directory and saw there is a Pasir Ris West Plaza along Pasir Ris Drive 1.
