I'm not sure about premier. My last known price for Transcab is $1.22 but I never go to their kiosk. Not even once. Reason is because I prefer to pump at Esso, which is just opposite my house. Consolidate all the points & I use them to offset my diesel.

Premier's pump kiosk is at CBP, so normally I can go airport after topping up...

In the end, find a company that suites you the most. Secondly, maybe there is a certain car model preference that you only want to go for. All the best ;)

PREMIER TAXI COMPANY

THE WORST CO TO JOIN.

MAINTENANCE OF VECHICLE VERY BAD.

TYRES 100KM MILEAGE NO CHANGE. CAUSE 1 TYRE STILL HAVE SOME THREAD. NEVER CONSIDER SAFETY OF DRIVER & PAX.

COUNTER DRO DUN LIKE TO ENTERTAIN RELIEF DRIVERS, IF U JOIN AD HIRER, DIFFICULTTY TO GET RELIEF DRIVER.

AS HIRER, NEED TO HUNT FOR DIFFERENT GROUP OF PPL TAKING CHARGE.

VERY UNINFIFFCIENT COMPANY. BETTER CLOSED IT DOWN !!
