Picking up passenger at deperature hall / arrival hall of airport..

Yesterday was ferrying a passenger to departure hall.

Upon alighting the passenger, another passenger asked if I can go down to carpark to fetch his family.

They have been waiting for hours as no cabbie want to take him as had alot of luggage.

I told him no, sorry I cannot pick you up at departure hall. Please go carpark and wait for me.

He insisted that he board my cab to show me the way there..

It was late night, however camera all active..

I worried kenna saman.. for that "help" rendered fetch me $300 fine and dismissal from company isnt worth it..

You did the right thing. There are trolleys around for them to move their luggage around. If there are too many luggage, I assume our normal taxi cannot take the loads. If we can, meaning his luggage can be placed onto only one trolley.

Another option for him is to go & Q at the taxi stand, and direct the driver to the car park. Last option for him is to get a maxi cab from the usher.

ok la. not to be taught but something good to know which I've learned is that it's better to liaise with the pax if we kena questioned, ask the pax to say they running serious diarrhea and need to get home asap. lol

but i heard that CAA will write to LTA regards to our offence

Then LTA will write to driver.

I googled before the maximum fine is S$300 and there might be termination from the company..

No la, work is work. As professionals we don't risk our rice bowls like that. Yes you can enjoy the view, God's creation and good conversation. You can even make friends. But we don't get involved in hanky panky ourselves, no no, not in our taxis.
