Last week [22-03-2008], i pick up one young boy at Jurong West St 91, near to Blk 930 at 05.40 hrs.
When approaching near Blk 4, Dover Road, he told me that his friend will come down to make payment as he only have $6.
I told him i will wait [he is still inside the taxi]. Next, he told me to lend him my mobile as his handphone battery is flat. I told him to remove his SIM card and use my mobile instead. He tried calling his friend for the next 10 minutes but there was no response.
I told him that since he do not have the money, then i must keep his mibile phone for security purposes but he beg that he will pay up.
He then asked me to drive him back to the same place where i picked him up.

Since then, i had been contacting him to no avail.
