Just like on Ang Mo pax told ErskineRoad, mistaken it was Serangoon Road Hasting Road because of those amo Slang. He is a tourist, nothing much I can do. Actually he is going to Erskine Road at last.

Bro, as a new cab driver on d road try not to take thing for granted,
If pax ask 2 go 2 Queen Astrid Park, ask d pax weather izzit off "blar blar
blar" or sumthing like that, if pax oso in doubt check with ur call centre or
frens. Not 2 worry u learn something new everyday on d road as a cab
driver...

and both supreme court & city hall gonna demolish in nr future hmm

city hall was the place our LKY shouted 'MEDEKA MEDEKA MEDAKA'

but not many people know its meaning...i know...who else?

Bro they will never demolish this two iconic building,they're now turning supreme court into a museum and City Hall would be left as it is. smile

Bro, u jus few weeks on the road already kenna all tis not so
familiar road names, Read Crescent is a pedestrian mall by itself in
Clarke Quay. I think in the next fews day u will encounter Lock Rd,
Bath Rd, Hay Market,Regent St, Baywater Rd n so on. biggrin

PRC gals is the most problematic pax which i encounter so far.
If u know where they r going than proceed to their destination,

hahahahaha this reminds me of my 1st or 2nd week of driving n pick this china lian from OG people's park...

She said ya long ....I said my mandarin sucks.....where n which ave or block ?

She kept saying yalong.....in the midst of it all...i kept thinking of Jurong... and drove towards Commonweath Ave.....

Meanwhile she was the phone n talking to her friend n 'scolded ' me in mandarin ..thinking i did not know she was 'F....' me

The meter read $7 something...as it was rainning and to think that this B...was cursing me....

I got fedup....drop her at a bus stop along clementi.....before that she even wind down the window asked rudely...pax waiting for buses at a stop... how to get to ya long...no body wanted to help her n I told her to find another taxi to fetch her....I did not collect my fare n told it was free ...

I hurriedly chased her out.....waste my time but I learnt my lesson about china lian....and ya long

The following week..pick up another China lian from OG...this time better...she said river valley... a short ride yes?....

I asked her ''where along river valley ? "

She said you drive I can recognise my apartment...FYI.. it was peak hours and around 7something..sky was getting dark...

I started from UE2 n drove slowing...I keep asking her where is her apartment....before you know it I had already pass Valley point n driving along Ganges ,,,

I ask her to call her friend for directions..and she kept telling that she was late... B... right ?

After going driving pass UE2 a second time ..I finally decided to stop along river valley grove n asked her to call someone...at last she relented n I was on the phone with her friend...

Bloody hell..u know what ?....she stays at Pacific mansion ..river valley close...just acrossed the road...

When we got to her place...I collected my fare this time ....

Another incident..pick this karaoke mei from Mountbatten road....she told ..I dont know what name...but at least..she flashed a name card n the address read North Brigde road....

But I was unfortable throughout the journey,,this karaoke mei sits at the front seat leh....bloody hell.....
I cold sweat :(

For no reason she started to scream at Gullimad road.....she forget to bring something ... my fault is it ?.....wah leow....these mei2.....can send you to defcon 4,,,,cant wait fro her alight ...btw we did arrived ather destination

I have more mei2 story to share...another time ...cheers
