have you seen a fat boy in T2 whom always help to direct traffic? i always find him very pitiful for not having a good protective gear to protect himself from our emission carbon. however, i was even shocking to know from a old timer that he is NOT PAID for what he is doing even on rain n shine. i was told that he is a volunteer n he make some pocket money from some good taxi drivers for his job. so, next time if you see him again, plz give him a dollar or 50 cents.
Yes ! I went there for the ver first time and did notice this fat Man(Boy ??). and wondered what he was doing when there was a security guard directing traffic. Now I know.
This guy is more lao chiao than a lot of our bros here hor....... Dun judge by appearance.... heard he's from quite a well-to-do family. Many drivers do give him money, 1-2 dollars each time. In fact he earns more than some of the drivers who gave him money. But he is risking his health, inhaling all the fumes from the taxis....... You may pity him or you may sympathise with him, but at the end of the day, it is his choice to be there......
