what's wrong with singapore cabbies these days? obviously, the high COST OF LIVING in Singapore is getting tough... it is difficult to make ends meet as cabbies in Singapore?
one of my non-singaporean friend just returned from singapore on a holiday. he told me the taxi driver told him the taxi meter was in USD, so he needs to pay more in Singapore currency, than reflected on the taxi meter!
