A TAXI driver who had placed $2,000 in cash in his vehicle's glove compartment on Monday later discovered $900 missing.
The 50-year-old made a few stops during the day ferrying passengers and only discovered the money missing when he parked his taxi at a petrol kiosk along Pasir Panjang Road at midnight.
Police advise taxi drivers not to leave too much money in their vehicles.
poor cabby might have just collected 4D 1st pz...but just wondering if this is the work of a robber...why take only $900??
