was travelling on the Bukit Panjang towards the BKE, after the bangkit junction, i saw a toyota corolla hits the kerb on the right, brush thru the barricade and flip over in juz a matter of few seconds. everything happened very fast.
a lorry driver infront of me rush down with an extingusher. apparently the engine was burning with smoke. juz when i was about to rush to the turned-turtle car, i saw the man crawling out from the driver's side of the door.
it appears to me that the driver is a very young boy, probably before NS time. i checked around n confirmed with the driver that he was all alone.
i asked him if he was intoxication, he says he had juz got a bit of ****tail. anyway, he didn't appear to be drunk to me. he looks ok. maybe he has woke up from the flip.
a uncle, upon hearing our conversation in regards to he might be under the influence of the alcoholic drinks he had earlier suggest that he leave the accident scene. i says NO. i says he must stay back to wait for the police. if we let him go today, he might comes back another day with the same mistake. i want him to learn from this before he kills someone's son or daughter or someone's father or mother.
although i pity him, i know he would be ****ed up-side down by his parents like the way he turned the car. but i'm pity more for the innocent victim.
anyway, he didnt try to run. he stays with me untill the medic reached the scene.
