STOMPer Bluesher was appalled by the inconsiderate behaviour of this taxi driver, who stopped his vehicle along an exit lane, disrupting traffic and inconveniencing other motorists.
This STOMPer says:
"While I was having my lunch at Bukit Timah hawker centre around 12.05 pm, I noticed an inconsiderate taxi driver, licence plate number SHB 9858 C, stopping his car along a filter lane and disrupting traffic.
"Despite all the horning, the taxi driver did not move and did not apologise. The heavy rain only made matters worse.
"From my view, I could see that he was fiddling with and making adjustments to his cab meter.
"I feel that even if he had to make adjustments, he should have drove to a better spot and not stop along a filter lane on such a rainy day.
"Besides, there were no passengers in his taxi, so he could have taken his time.
"About 5-8mins later, the driver finally moved the car. But he moved only a few metres ahead, just before the pedestrain crossing, which is still part of the filter lane.
"This still created problems for the oncoming traffic.
"After 15mins or so, the taxi driver finally drove off.
"I believe there have been many reports on inconsiderate taxi drivers. When will they ever learn from their mistakes?"

Wonder will the stomper do they same if it's a pte car that stop there and cause other motorist inconvenience. Because if stompers start to do that, i don think STOMP will even bother to post this up cos the whole damn site will be flooded with pics similar to the above.

Bro,next time you see pte car do that, you take pic and post stomp lah. I now camera ready for pte cars obstruction in taxi stands.
