A FORMER taxi driver who was sandwiched in a six-car collision along the Central Expressway (CTE) has sued the drivers of the three cars behind him for compensation.
Mr Ang Kim Seng, now 51, suffered a neck injury in the November 2006 crash and is now a tetraplegic - his four limbs are paralysed - without any hope of recovery.
A trial to decide whether the three drivers are liable to pay him damages started in the High Court on Monday.

If you are willing to admit faults, you have one less fault to admit.
The taxi driver sued the 3 motorists behind him. He in turn is being sued by the 1st and 2nd vehicle. And the court will decide eventually. The last motorist will be sued off his pants.

Being the 3rd vehicle, he will probably win only one case, that is the 4th vehicle behind him. The 2nd vehicle in front of him will sue the 1st one. The 4th vehicle behind him will sue the 5th vehicle and the 5th vehicle will sue the last vehicle. And depending on the severity of the accident, the last vehicle will hit the jackpot and be blamed for the mayhem.
