Bro, you can submit your claim on-line.
You need to get a letter from your taxi coy to prove that you are hiring and driving their taxi with rental indicated.
Alternatively you can go to CMPB to submit your claim.
I suggest you go down CMPB to do it if this is your 1st time claiming as a TD.
The staff will guide you on the procedure.
Don forget to bring the letter from taxi coy with you.

You need to submit to CMPB your daily rental and daily income. CMPB will require you to submit a letter from your taxi coy to proof your hirership.

If you are OMO, SAF will pay you full daily rental for your whole ICT period including weekends, your daily loss of income will either be:

1) average income method (you need to submit your income tax statement) or

2) fix rate calculated by SAF at $80 per day (don't ask me how they get this figure).

If you half a relief, than SAF will divide your daily rental by the number of relief drivers.

Thats all that you can claim....
