sianz...just recd a call from ex-hirer...i kena speeding ... by TP...on a sunday 5pm... haiz... there goes my 9yrs clean record.... any bro here have the appeal format??

Bro.. U every 4 to 5 yrs voting for wat.. Let them do the appealing for you.. As long as u don't stay in tat 2 special area.. The appeal mostly Jalan one...

heehee...i try to appeal base on my 9 yrs clean record lor....hope can waive.... hey, think i confirm joining prime.... but now i wrried abt my summon...coz duno how many pts...hope still can drive....they say will send letter smile.gif

Depending on how fast you went , bro blankstare

The penalties for speeding are as follow:

  • Exceeding speed limit for vehicle/road by 1 to 20km/h
    • 4 demerit points
    • Fine of $130/- for light vehicle and $160/- for heavy vehicle.
  • Exceeding speed limit for vehicle/road by 21 to 30 km/h
    • 6 demerit points
    • Fine of $150/- for light vehicle and $180 for heavy vehicle.
  • Exceeding speed limit for vehicle/road by 31 to 40 km/h
    • 8 demerit points
    • Fine of $170/- for light vehicle and $200/- for heavy vehicle.
  • Exceeding speed limit for vehicle/road by 41 to 50 km/h
    • 12 demerit points
    • Offender will be prosecuted in Court.
  • Exceeding speed limit for vehicle/road by 51 to 60 km/h
    • 18 demerit points
    • Offender will be prosecuted in Court.
  • Exceeding speed limit for vehicle/road by more than 60 km/h
    • 24 demerit points
    • Offender will be prosecuted in Court.

Bro.. If onli fine & 4 to 6 demerit pts.. I think you jus pay coz tis is your 1st offence still got pts left mah.. Unless like those onli left 6 to 8 pts one then muz make appeal..

Any speed under 20km/h i thinkno summon onli warning letter i kena b4sbiggrin. Unless u r nt fr CDG, letter will onli post to u how come to ur hirer hmm. If u fr CDG n wanna appeal u can make an effortgo down Sin Ming counter they will wirte a letter on behalf of u

On 1st Mar I suay suay kanna $150 6 points for speeding at Upper Thomson Road Opp Thomson Plaza.
Write in to appeal Till today No News Yet.
