So they are out in full force to inconvenient taxi drivers !

i was at IPAM when i was a civil servant... happens to meet other MHA officers, include TP.

They told me their camera is 'state of the art', sure can capture driver...

also, the overhead bridge they usually set at 20km above speed limit, so no arguement when caught.

About a year ago at night, I was cycling with frens along Loyang Way around the bend leading to Changi Village. We saw 2 policemen in dark blue long sleeve uniform next to a lamp post. Curious, we went near to see. One of them was holding sort of a small video cam with a cable to a small box on the ground manned by the other policeman. As we cycle further down, there was a road block with quite a number of cars at the side kena stop for checks.

Imagine tis was so long ago, they already have the means to catch speedster at night. So not surprise if something better has come up now.

So be safe and be happy with your money in your bank not THEIRS!

ya bro, they were 'transparent', that's why we cannot see them.
if we cannot see them, it's easy for them to churn out summons lor....

yesterday at paragon the enforcement officer was standing at the taxi stand entrance...
i was on the extreme left lane, in front also got cab.

the front 2 cab saw the officer and the taxi stand full, of course move on lah.
my turn, in front of him, i also go straight TO MOVE OFF lah.
then the pte car on my right (middle of rd) came cutting in, to the paragon entrance,
of cse i stop and give way lor (i just paid my third party excess, of cse very cautious now)

THE ENF OFFICER LIFT UP HIS CAMERA AND TAKE SHOOT!!!

it spoilt my rest of the driving hrs, wondering is he taking me (to fill his quota) or???

until now i still thinking, even wrote down what actually happen in case they send me letter.

Bro no need to "whole night can't sleep properly".

Go to the net n search for "Electronic Driver Data Information & Enquiry system"
It will lead u to www.psi.gov.sg

You can check for outstanding traffic offence by Vehicle licence plate or NRIC no.

Not instantaneous. Takes about 2-3 weeks to see it online.

Once online it takes only a day or 2 to reach you via snail mail.
