Today i recce Tai Seng area .... also this Kim Chuan area , many new buildings .
After a year break , was surprised at the developements .
This area going to be good for Comfort's fleet , cos this area popular for one of the best on-call zones after 8pm . And MRT is not near i guess , so taxi come in handy for people working there .
Being a TransCab driver , no call , just hijack la , hahahahah ! No la , cash & carry more like it.
Tai Seng , Kim Chuan , Bt Batok Cresent ..... all new office and warehouse buildings .
Take note of this area , day shift or night shift , will be good for us .

Something to share. Even if you r a comfort/city cab driver doesn't mean dat u will get call. I understand that after 3 current jobs will no longer ve priorty. I experienced this often....accept a current job, rush to the pickup location, noticed some taxis parked at the roadside maybe waiting for call n some cabs heading toward the pickup point. Often pax MIA. Rather pissed off. I don't blame fellows cabbies. Wonder why call centre don't offer them the job since they r already there or heading toward the pickup location.
Now when heading to my hunting ground, I'll observe the place fm a distance. Slow down, if no call come in ,I'll still proceed....pick n go. Pax flagged, I'll pickup, no rule to say that I cannot do so. Some pax could ve booked for a cab.
Imo, strange quota system, the nearest cab should be offer the job. Is survival of the fittest. "For Hired" taxi pickup the oncall pax who will lose out? Call centre will not get the call charges and"Oncall" cabby will be pissed off. Many pax will take the first cab available. So long as cabby did not tell pax "u book for a cab no need to wait I'll take u there" is "NOT HIJACK"
