]what is auto booking?

Bro, as you are driving with SMRT, hence I'm not sure.
I hope some SMRT members here can help you to answer tat.
For CDG, auto booking is pax use the voice guided feature when they call the coy booking hotline instead of getting the operator to help book a taxi.
Same feature when you call the bank hotline whereby the pre-recorded voice will tell you press 1 for what press 2 for what.
Wonder if it's e same?

We can't see destination in auto-booking. Don't know since when destination is hide from all incoming booking jobs. Many pax told me they named the destination to operator, is coy afraid nobody take up the job if distance is too short?

agree with bro bs, y'day i too spoke to a pax about this problem.

he told me even when he told operator his destination, he still don't see

it on the MDT when he boards the cab.

Pax destination was not required for more than 6 mths or more liao.
This is to prevent cabbie fm choosing job assign.
Nowadays operator only need to know how many cab the pax want and the pick up point, destination not required.

I ran from Lucky Plaza took a booking Balmoral Park, $2.5, thinking if good luck can go ap.... when reached pax very happy greet me apreciate my service even hyatt also take :(

Last sunday, relax relax driving happy to take 18 booking + 5 street though most bookings are damn short still lucky enough got 3 long shot. If I know the destination probably I shall reject at least half of the booking.
