No point retaliate to what they said, only make matter worst. Anyway the next U-turn is always a couple of hundred meters away, discount 20cents to them lor, you can afford that lo....

if the pax is sarcastic, u too can be sarcastic. tell them we don't chase after pax like we stop and ask people on the streets, is the pax that always chase after taxis by waving their hands frantically.

Somehow saying this would only agitate the pax. I have a live one last weekend at Bt Gombak where paxs wants me to do a U-turn on a center double white line. As my paxs is amalay gal in her teenwith her age old granny, I understand their financial dilemma. I told them I stop the meter now and do a legal U-turn slightly further down. This way everyone is happy and she says thank you. I know situations sometimes desire different tactic and attitude.

I was driving along a single lane-2way road, got pax flag on the other direction, flag and asked me U-turn towards them, i was figuring how to do a U-turn in such a narrow area, i move further up and turn into aoff road and do a U-turn back to them.
Missed a turn, do a U-turn further up, give discounts usually settle it.....but i met pax who would say their time is precious and 20cents discount meant nothing to them lol....u give them discount, they feel insulted
I have met very sarcastic pax, they will say u dunno way still want to become taxi driver... Your sarcastic remark towards them will not help things, it only make the matter worse. Taxiuncle always say we must loon-endure.....this is very true....

ya.. uncle ace when the day u tml retire u try to get the worst pax and u whack him teloh teloh and return VL next day.... haaaaa thats why must know the road very well... in advance u know that place cannot u turn... stop.. buslanes.. once pax say place u knows wat up for u when u reach there so beforehand u can tell pax can or cannot in advance advance... cover backside
