Hi to all Taxi Bros and Teachers.

Saw a lot of post in this forum. I so happy people here are willing to help and share with a new born Taxi drivers. Really really thank you.

I am Sky Walker. I am 49 yrs old. And I quit my sales job last month very stress.

Right now doing some part time jobs $8 per hour.
And the the same time I drive as a relief on weekend day shift with trans cab "wish" for the pass 6 times.
Hope to get the hang with it and I hoping to get a vehicle as a full time driver.

I saw the post from Sunshine. That is what I am worry to be a hirer if I got my vehicle.

1 st : I don't know the locations well.
2nd: When customer jump in to my ride , I feel blur and I cannot recall the location that they wish to go. I don't know where to kick off to their location.
3rd : CBD Area taxi stands and ERP gates I also very blur.
4th : How to hit 250 km a day.
5th : MCE make me blur.

During the weekend relief,
I start at 10 am till 6 pm I can make about $50 net after my rental $45 (6 am to 6 pm) plus gas about $50.
I am worry, If I am a hirer , my cost will be higher can I cover my expenses. I really wish I can make $80 net per day. but I have problem to drive at night.

To get a vehicle now or later.

Really need some advise.

Last. How to log in to your group chat. I had sign in to Palringo under " Beach road Taxi Navigation Channel" but No text and info.

Thank You Guys.

@ skywalker - Many new Palringo channel member went to join other channel wrongly. I think you need to bring your phone down during the tea session and members can help you click on the right icon to join. Apparently TU Channel does not appear as an icon but as a "tab" on the Android phone. I am not sure about iPhone though.

@ Movingaway - Yes, you need a special licence through your taxi company to ply the Sin-JB route or else you will be stopped at the immigration department. Other course it is not cheap to get the licence, I heard. Why do you want to try this route as a new taxi driver? You lived in JB? Lol......
