Firtst time now posting in new TU forum. So have to re-register lei
Last night, ard 11pm, I tink very tired liao , was traveling with pax along Eunos Link, then see traffic light turning red,
so instead of jamming brakes i chiong thru wah piang, kanna snap snap both front and back.
Wah first time committed and kanna snap after over 2 yrs driving taxi. There goes my "clean" record. Dont mind I ask the following questions:-
-Is the fine $200 plus 12 demerit points?;
- Will TP send a"furnish driver's particulars letter" to my hirer or will they automatically know its me and sent the summons
direct to me??;
- Is there hope for any appeal?
- Can ask CDG to appeal on my behalf and would that increase my chances of success?;
- Is it only 12 demerit points or more? (I tink speed limit is 60km but I maybe doing 70 or 80km/hr?
Wah siow ah, Sibei suay. Wasnt supposed to drive last nite but the other relief MC so I last min take over, oso stupid pax behind me nagging abt why I took PIE instead of KPE when I already discussed with her to take this route earlier.
Wah sibei sianz$200 nvr mind , lose money but 12 demerit points means my livelihood now in danger hor hor!!

wah wait so many days still no replies or advice! TU forum so chialat nowadays ah. anyway i already call TP. it is certainly a $200 fine and 12 demerits. one mote strike , kiss goodbye ti driving taxi ah.

Driving for CDG, summon will go to the person who logged in. No need to "furnish driver particular" lah. Got a summon many many moons ago for dropping pax outside St James during curfew hour... my hirer don't even know about it.
As for appeal , not to pour cold water....."by detection" very unlikely that Ubi will give chance.. (friend had experience)
Photo will show your speed, position of your car...how many secs after "RED" you cross the line.
Well, no harm trying.
