The tender for a residential site at Jalan Jurong Kechil has been awarded to World Class Developments (North) Pte Ltd.
The developer submitted the highest bid of $73,800,000 for the site.
This is equivalent to $5,182.95 per sq m of the gross floor area.
Offered for sale with a lease option of 30, 45 or 60 years, the site was launched by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on September 19.
Bidding for the site was closed on Nov 15.
The site received 23 bids at closing.
