More taxi driving 24 hrs higher revenues on ERP & fines on traffic violations.
Taxi companies reaction is mixed.
Rentals are fixed whether omo or 4 reliefs to a taxi.
Taxi running 24 hrs use more diesel ,so fattening their revenue on diesel sales.
The negative sides are:more mileage done in a day more wear & tear more often on wksp due to accidents,
M&R,spare parts replacements etc.
More omo so lesser reliefs registered w taxi co.
Each relief pays $1k as downpayments/security.
They are holding nearly 30k(nr of taxi drivers)x1k =$30m as FD(fixed deposit) earning interest.
