The Organizing and Technical committee of the 14^th Electronics Packaging Technology Conference welcome you all to the conference in Singapore.

We have selected more than 160 high quality papers to be presented in 35 oral and 2 poster sessions. Authors from industries, research institutes,

and universities in nearly 22 countries will present at the EPTC. In addition to the technical sessions, a panel session focusing on

"Next Era of IC Packaging Industry in Asia" will be presented by industry experts. Professional development short courses will also be taught by the experts in their fields.

The conference will be held at Resorts World Sentosa, world-class integrated resort where “everyone can come together for moving experiences and lasting memories”.
