  Bo Bian lah. They cannot find better jobs. So they seek refuge as taxis drivers and eke out an living :(
  In economics, this is known as under-employment and a waste of useful resources.

  Car wash ?
  Clean tables ?
  Sweep floor ?
  Sweep and clean void decks ?
  Work for Semb Corp , follow rubbish truck ?
  They soon will be in pecking order down ....... to wash plate at restaurants .

  when I was taking TDVL, someone ask the instructor
  pupil: Sir sir, after one year still cannot pass how?
  instructor: then bo bian liao, have to clean table or sweep the floor liao

  Nabey, last time I sex 2 level, go apply poly, they said must O level, I said I can take the english entry test and let see how, they said cannot, not even I can sit fo the entry test, so end up I drive casket for a living.
  Now, Ah ney, Ah Pinoy, Ah mynmar, Ah tiong all studying at poly with fark up english, both in oral and written, give them sex 2 english, I think also they will fail miserably. Why, my english cannot meh?
  But heng also, never study poly, if not, work for life.

  Well,govt can get good and expert advices from top political science advisersand prof at their disposal, but if they do not touch the ground, they know nothing but ****.
  In the chinese, they alway loves to practice the so called yin and yang, egboy and girls, head or tail, postive and negative, and so on. These 2 points must work hand in hand in a balance way inorder for the existence of life to be in peace and harmony.
