No one hurt in three-taxi collision

THE accident looked far worse than it was. No one was injured when three taxis were involved in a dramatic collision just before midnight on Tuesday.

The accident happened at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8. Police said they received a call at 11.56pm.

While the damage was only to the vehicles, this latest incident will raise concerns over a growing list of traffic accidents that have occurred since the start of the year.

Just last week, a 73-year-old motorcyclist died after he was hit by a lorry.
