i think is the pax from taxi beating up another driver. pax door on left of taxi is opened.
I have seen this in Korea along the road side....first time I have seen it in Singapore....But not sure who beat up who though?
Also, there was another car in the side lane....I guessed between the car driver and taxi driver.
