I've done 1 time b4. go to the Arrival Hall, front part of the glass door, where people is smoking. u can see a usher booth there. don't go to the taxi stand. put on your "busy" sign while waiting. you can only wait for around 5 minutes there. when time's up & your pax is not here yet, AND if the usher chase you away, just make a round back, it's very short distance back only. if not, just wait there. hope it helps ^_^
