Taxi drivers please beware of this perennial Fare Cheat. Mr. Raman took my cab with a Vietnamese Prostitute from Orchard Tower to his alleged home in Teck Whye. Upon reaching the destination, he offered to surrender his photocopied IC on the pretext of fetching the taxi fare from his home. The Vietnamese prostitute, changes her mind and didn't want to follow him back. Some people really are willing to stoop to the lowest of lows just to get away from paying a mere $12.00 cab fare. Wants to have a good nite out, only to realize that his pocket is not deep enough to pay for a cab fare, never mind a decent tip for the Vietnamese girl.
More often than not, Police will not bother with theft or cheat cases involving $12.00? Lodging a report will only cost me more time, which could otherwise been better spent on finding more passengers.
I can however be hopeful that with sites like these, it'll serve as a deterrence for future misdemeanors.

Collect here particular information and told her to transfer it my bank account by next three working days or else make report. She ignored my calling after the third day.
Report to police station and with the police report, CDG paid me the fare.
Important thing is to get the personal particular and print the fare receipt.
