Another idiot Comfort driver on the road ! Please state race, Age and duration of license

A schoolgirl was knocked down by an oncoming taxi after she dashed across the road in Sembawang.
Footage from the taxi's in-vehicle camera, bearing a timestamp that suggests the accident occurred at around 5.00pm on Monday (Feb 17),
shows the taxi cruising on the road when the girl appeared suddenly as she dashed out from behind the railing on the road divider.
The cabby was unable to stop in time, resulting in the collision between the girl and the vehicle.
The girl appeared to be unconscious after the collision, and did not seem to be moving when people came forward to check on her.
It is unclear why the girl was dashing across the road though some have speculated on social media sites that she might have been hoping
to catch the bus at the stop on the other side of the road. Many netizens have also voiced their support for the taxi driver, believing that
there was nothing much he could have done in this instance. One of them wrote: "The taxi driver was not at fault. The girl was jay walking
-- 'jay running' actually. She should not have dashed across the road without looking at traffic." Another netizen wrote: "The driver wasn't
at fault as there was a barrier blocking his view of the spot where the girl dashed out." Netizens also aired their concerns over the girl's
condition after she was seen lying motionless on the road following the collision. One of them echoed the thoughts of many when she wrote:
"Poor girl. I hope she's fine. At many a times we overlook these things in the midst of rushing around. We must be really careful on the road."
I think his view is blocked by the fencing.
