When he returned to his parked car after less than half an hour, he found it badly damaged.
Mr Muhammad Faris posted a video on his Facebook profile at 12.55am on Monday showing a
taxi reversing into his car at Block 418 Tampines Street 41. The video showed the cabby
driving off, returning and then driving off again after talking to some passers-by. The early
Sunday morning incident was caught on Mr Faris' in-car camera as he was not there. His in-car
camera had also caught the Comfort taxi's licence plate number. Mr Faris said on his Facebook
post that the car had taken a "big hit", breaking his car's left headlamp, side panel, fender, bumper,
and cracking the left side of the carbon fibre bonnet. He filed a police report at about 8.20am on Sunday.
A police spokesman said the taxi hit another car as well.

On his Facebook page, Mr Faris asked viewers to decide whether it was "a case of hit and run".
As of yesterday, the video had received over 1,400 "shares" ComfortDelGro spokesman
Tammy Tan said that the cabby did return and had exchanged particulars with Mr Faris.
She said: "The taxi driver had driven his cab to a nearby block so as not to obstruct traffic."
The police confirmed that an accident involving a taxi and two cars had occurred.
The spokesman said: "No injuries were reported. No further police assistance was required."
