as long as you overtook him at the safe distance, mai kia...
his cam also cannot proof anything. that only tell you to be more careful
next time n be prepared that the other party might has a cam.

anyway, i juz bought a portable cam for $150. so far only caught some chio bu
standing in front of my cab n pte driver tossing out their ciggy on highway
in front of me.

Tossing cigarette butt out of the vehicle is an offence of littering, you know? One of my friend received summon from the ministry of environment once. Because of one mother f88ker make a complaint alleging my friend of tossing cigarette butt out of his vehicle. In this case, the f88ker who makes the complaint merely complaint for the sake of complaining becos my friend is a non smoker and on the date and time of the complaint, my friend is out of the country. It just seem that nowadays, there are too many f88ker around who do nothing but complaint blindly. The best part is why ENV entertained such groundless complaint and send a supoerna to my friend to attend court.
