These few days...the MDT not very hot leh....

Is it true that bookings are low...I called service centre today n they told me that bookings not very good or is there something with my MDT.

It failed to boot up properly last week.....after reset.....things do not seem to be the same...

Anyone can share whether external n internal antenna make any different or not...

Maybe they set different version at the MDT

Present i usually Ver3.36 also very less call

On Call Distance can up to 2km

Try reset the MDT everyday end of shift.
It should help to reduce any hang to the system.
Any booking i can't reach in 5mins, i reject.

i always make it a point to reboot mdt b4 i start to drive...yea agreed i noticed lesser calls

one major factor attribute to this is the fact that many many many many pte buses are taking away our paxs

you read today's papers on the proposed increase of pte buses by smrt & others frightens me...some pte buses gonna join forces & intends to compete with the big bus coy...

so what will all these competitionon buses means to taxi trade?????frustrated.gif

Everyone in comfort should quit comfort because it fails to safeguard taxi trade by providing comfort buses to compete with taxis !

They kick their own drivers in their balls !

any bro around serangoon & bendemeer areas like to report whether there's a drop of your pax there?

time we cabbies provide premier service too to compete with our own company...how?

I logged off after I am done ...n logged in each morning b4 I start my day....

I sense someone is tweaking the system but dont know howto explain...

and I feel my internal antenna somehow 'boh power' as compared to external...

and also dont really quite know how the system works sometimes....u can be in a particular area....other taxis plying the same road got 'on call ' i wonder how come i dont get response ?

Hi fairfare

I only have 1 on/off switch.....no reboot/reset button at the back. Therefore i reckon each time i log in it is consider a reboot...
