RE: Seat belts Our duty to inform passengers . Do they listen?

I think it's good idea to install a buzzer (control by driver)at the rear to irritate the passenger if they don't put on the seat belt. biggrin

Bro akuma,

If I am not wrong, the driver will be fine and deduct demerit points if passengers are caught without seat belt on....................But what can we do if they refused to wear. Chase them out ?

As long as the taxi driver had advised the pax to put on sealt-belt,
he will not be fined if pax still insisted on not belting-up.

This is how I operate: upon pax boarding my cab, just tell them to pls put on seat-belt.
After that, dun even bother abt them.

Say bro do we need to have physical evidence such as pictures or sound recorder. Do the traffic police believe us 100 %?

OnceI ferried an auntie with 3 kids from Clementi to West Coast Road.
Though the distance is short, i still couln't tahan becoz d 3 little monkees
were making so much noise and jumping about.
I stopped my vehicle by d roadside and told the auntie, she got 2 choices:
#1, control the kids so i can drive safely or #2, get the fark out.
Sensibly, she chose option #1.
