transport mistry so shallow in thinking after hearing the nat day rally...ok garmen dun earn more after offset the reduce rd tax vs erp...have they realise after the erp timing the roads are still so jam jam...why bcos you ack s'porean can afford to buy more cars mah...ten yrs ago we can drive smoothly during off peak...now our cabs crawl most of the timecry.gif

Don't know if bros here agree with me. But I belief the timing of the traffic lights have been intentionally tweak to cause traffic congestion on the pretext of putting up more ERP gantries. Don't belief me? Next time you drive a certain regular road with congestion but no ERP gantry erected yet, monitor the timing of the traffic lights. furious.gif

Not surprised, they always get top scholars to play with figures esp the $$$ mentioned by PM on the road tax and erp. I dun think they lose out on the rebate and collect less erp.

Poor Also Pay are like that. Always laugh laugh say they lose revenue collection because of this subsidy that subsidy. But made no mention about the other collection to compensate for that LOSS in revenue. They should show the true figures. Looks like not very transparent.

I remember we used to sing this song during our NS route march and it goes like this ................. They pay us $90 and take back $89.
