Once a got a current booking from CCK North to Sembawang. Happy sia........bcoz just past midnite hour....... knnccb.... reach there, call pax on his handphone, Pax was actually in Sembawang, asking for cab to go to CCK Nth. Call the call center and gave them a good farking-off..... __________________

it always happen. nothing new . best sometimes cannot get through call centre and waste precious time. __________________
