I had a fare last night at about 7 pm. I only realised I didn't press start the meter after reaching destination Fortunately, the pax was kind and agreed to pay the normal fare of $22, but with Nets or Credit card. I was confused because it had never happened to me before. Appreciate if any member can advise or teach how to edit the meter. Thanks

1. Stop the meter 2. Press Credit for creidit card 3. Amount apear on little screen 4. Edit button apear at the bottom 5. Press Edit 6. Key in your amounts 7. Press Ok

The meter was not even started, so how to stop it ?? Do you mean to start the meter, then follow by stop the meter again.
It happened to me also. Half through the journey, i discovered the meter was not started, then i told the passenger i forget to start the meter, he has no reaction. So upon reaching the journey, he 'ask' how much, reluctantly, i told u what was stated on the meter. Walow, i heard him telling his gf, wow, so cheap from there to here. KNN
Yes, if pax decide to pay by cashless means, and your meter is already off, just press on and off meter again to get the payment screen on the MDT, then just follow step 2 onwards.
Thanks,now I think I got it. What you mean is "key in the amount" on the hand-held set ?? I did the dumb thing of keying in the amount on the taxi meter, by adding location charges,etc. WTF
