Last night at 21:05 hr, after picking up passenger from dover to jln haji salam, i received a call [21:37 hrs] to pick up passenger at changi coast walk. [MDT shows 2.7km away] By right should be happy about it.
After exit from xilin, i keep right [as the arrow pointed] heading towards city direction. KNN, no entry and the MDT shows that i had passed the place.
I quickly call the passenger and he said must enter before TMFT. wolah!!!! no choice ZZZZZZZZZZZzzzooooom all the way to find an exit [Bedok] and made u turn back to airport direction. I reached there late by 15 minutes + 7 minutes destination time.
Lucky for me, both passenger did not scold me and they chat all the way to bt batok with collection of $27.
Have you been late for such long time?? What would you do for the above situation??
1) Try not to be late 2) When encounter unfamiliar pick up location, use the mdt map as general guide only, use gps or street directory to be sure, it only takes you 1min to be sure. 3) Apologize as usual when late and always say thanks to pax for waiting. 4) Remember moment like this cos when you encounter cheapo pax that fly you aeroplane, these moment will calm you down as they shows that there are pax that still honor their booking even when you are late.
