item #8 is CityHub Hotel (Jln Bear b4 Kitchener Rd) and not CyberHub.
CyberHub is the bldg on Bendemeer Rd, b4 Bendeemeer Rd/Lavender Rd junction.

Yes, enter from King's Centre then Grand Copthorne Waterfront.
Q for Zouk after 3am better u-turn at Great World City.

Sorry Bro Bridgestone, you may be wrong unless the hotel have made changes there recently.
Going to Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel lobby cannot go by King's center cos that small stretch of road that link to the hotel lobby is one way, leading from the hotel lobby to the carpark and not the other way round.
Check it out the next time you go there, it may seems two way all the way from King's center but if you observe it closely, 30meter b4 the turn to the hotel lobby is a one way traffic.
That's why even the hotel address is stated as Havelock, but i still put up as Jiak Kim St. in the list here, cos that's the only official way to the entrance of the hotel lobby.
