Bro Surewin, going to the arrival hall will lead you to the hotel lobby.
The Arrival hall is not the same as the taxi que or taxi stand, it's on the right side of the road, going down slope, different from the departure hall which is on the left, going up slope.
Hope you check it out the next time you go T3.

Are all road names referred to hotel drop off pt?

Concorde Hotel (former Le-Meridien) - Orchard Rd

I've been there twice but failed to alight pax at drop off pt, they need to walk up stairs. Is it @ Kramat Lane immediate after buyong turn in?

The entrance is thru Kramat Lane, directly opposite Grand Central Hotel,
after taxi-stand and just b4 junction. U can see a taxi-calling light there.

Sent pax there last week from airport, found that entrance is behind Bencoolen St.
i.e. Bencoolen St -> Left to Middle Rd -> Left to Waterloo St -> Left to Bencoolen Link (behind Fortune Ctr) and Right to hotel entrance.

Hi Bridgestone,

To get to Ibis hotel, you can just turn left into bencoolen link from bencoolen street and left again to hotel lobby skipping the middle road and waterloo part. Bencoolen link was converted into a 2 way street since the hotel opened.

Hi Bros, drove pass Unity St last night and noticed new hotel
PARK HOTEL Clake Quay ( next to Fraser Suites.)

I believe it is Fraser Place. Fraser Suites is next to ValleyPoint.

Bros, please note that Bencoolen Link is converted back to one way out again. To access the hotel must turn into waterloo by middle road liao... LTA can't make up their mind what they want to do.....
