ambushed by undercover lta enforcer

for 5 charges as below...

picking up pax before taxi stand@TMFT( touting )
overcharging
refusing normal pax
no reciept
did not on meter

48 yo single mother w/ 2 kid fine -> 1.2 K,
VL revoked.

She hope to appeal thru the news
but the excuses were really dumb duH !

....

picking up pax before taxi stand@TMFT at the departure hall
Excuse : Admit its her mis judgement (forgot)

Offence 2
overcharging - TMFT should be 40 but charge 45
Driver : She claims just come out from airport
so charge wrong (thought is the same ?)

Offence 3
did not on meter
Driver : She claims she's a relief just change taxi company
dunno how to operate meter !
She tried to ask the hirer , but the hirer din want to teach her !

Offence 4
din give reciept for pax
Driver : She claims she got give hand written receipt

Offence 5
refusal to pick up mother and child at east coast
Driver : She claims that there's an unwritten rule
that limo cab do not pick up street hire

2. overcharging
claims she confuse & mix up the rates $40/$45 for limo between airport and TMFT

3.refusing normal pax
there's a unwritten rule that limo dun do street hire, so she said.

4. no reciept
she insisted that it was issued.

5. did not on meter
Being a relief, her hirer did not teach her how to switch it on?

limo cabby... haizzzzz now harbourfront cruise center also got abt 10 big smrt turtle cab there jioing ppl... u go there 2300 till 0100 can see them there.. and they all come out the car park in line 5 to 6 at a time to siam the carpark fees also, so damn clever clap.gif taxi driver duno how to operate meter?? knn u use finger to count fare? like that cabbies all stay BAYSHORE!!!haha... TMFT quite near to AP, think paxs all stupid 1 meh? aeroplane and ship is diff la 1 fly in sky and 1 float on water...pax duno how they reach sg? knn dun pick also duno how to give excuse...just say big aunty come need to go toilet change la.. F**K!!!!!
