Now that diesel pump price has come down, what is the actual savings per shift versus the "loss". Assuming like what bro Max said, based on 25 trips/shift, it will be a "loss" of $7.50/day.
if 25 trips per day (full shift), then it would be $7.50 per day.
$225 pay cut per month...
what is fuel cost now at comfort? $1.29 or at $1.19???
thank you
comfort = $1.10 after generous goodwill no profit, lugi discount. becos of the rebate for the cabbies, the CEO of comfort live in HDB, wife is working part-time as a cleaner in kopitiam n children have to pick empty drink cans to survive.

hahaha,, knn,,, i like the way you put it !!! hahhaaha
Bro max, if this tiny 30cents is gona affect our livelihood, then 22% increment in our PUB bill is gona make many citizen bankrupt. Money will never be enuf, but at the same time, we need to justify the money we earn as much as possible. When diesel price goes down, it's only fair to take the surcharge away, even the airlines are quoting a much lower airfare now. When fuel price go up again, this diesel surcharge will be back and probably will be more than 30 cents. With all the changes in fare, surcharge, rental, diesel, cabbies income always head south. Why? That's 4 me to know and 4 you to find out. Look on the bright side bro, for you get to go thru the same SH1T everyday! Cheerio!!
