My mini united nation shuttle was in operation today!
From the first Indonesian pax's booking @Normanton to Fairmount Hotel, followed by the Korean family going to view the Sentosa Flower Show, after they alighted, two mainland Chinese couple waving for a ride to Chinatown taxi stop. Pick up two more Hong Konger couple looking for something to bite and then settling at Mandarin Orchard's famous chicken rice, moving forward to Paragon, Causasian mother and son headed for Draycott Park, Swing down to Orchard Tower with a Vietnamese madam to Park house @Orchard Blvrd, Another long line of pax at Trade's Hotel, sure enough! German family heading to Pebble Bay, Hopped in a Malaysian to Aljunied Cresent.
Whoa... Fiilipino family to Mac's ECP from Paya Lebar mrt, 4 Burmese took over going to Peninsula TS, switched with 2x Burmese to Mustaffa, From the Serangoon Plaza taxi stand, Bruneian couple make a luggague pick up at Parkroyal (ex-Crowne Prince) enroute to T2,
Rested for a good 45min, eventually send a Singaporean family to Pasir Ris st 21. that's cue for my own family dinner.
Of the 13 trip, 12 was not local, in a duration of about 5 hours, just glad 2 break even, covering the day's full rental+fuel.
Unbelievable, on the first day of Chinese New Year, when local Chinese families should be travelling for house visits. But,it is so true now.More than half of my pax today were non-Chinese. AND...they were the ones who said "keep the change".
