Bro Taxistand, the best way is bro moshi route at that timing, traffic will be heavy but still good enough as traffic elsewhere are no where better.
You'll likely encounter slow traffic after clementi ave.6 exit till Lornie exit and at Braddell b4 Bishan st.11 till entrance to CTE.
But if you are driving and don't mind the xtra mileage with smoother traffic, then your route is good.

Alternatively, ask the passenger for the preferred route like some bros said. If passenger say go by faster way then you go by faster way. If passenger say go by shortest route then you go by shortest route. Better still if passenger say, "Uncle, go any way you like, then you choose the most happy way." biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif
