Just for those trying to fill up their water containers at petrol stations, you can now forget about driving into Caltex to get your water supply, within the past few days they have shut off all the taps islandwide. From Holland Rd, Bt Batok St 24, Upp Serangoon Rd (both sides), Bt Timah Rd etc etc.
For those who wash their own cabs think now can only wash your cab at diesel kiosk, or fill up your water at some toilets in Esso, Shell.
It's one of their ways to attract cabbies to their kiosk, thinking that cabbies will pump their diesel and wash their cab there hence provide water for free. It's obvious that it doesn't work like they wanted.

If the petrol stations charges the same rate as those chrage by the taxi companies, I am sure many taxi drivers would be willing to pump there instead of going to the taxi kiosks to queue.
