this problem was reported in local newspapers about a year back but till now, nothing's been done to improve the safety of pedestrians. i think it muz take an accident with high fatalities for the authorities to wake up.

accident happens on school bus... then govt says, safety belts to be on.
how come all the lorries ferry worker moving at lane 2 on expressway no need belts? really must wait for more accidents to happen then they find a way to deal.
(i just feel sch bus is safer than lorry liao, still sch bus need belts, lorry no)
