If pax still KPKB, then you offer to drive them back to where you pick them up from FOC and ask them take another cab lo....





That is exactly what i did when the passenger refused to pay me the 'on-call'. After reaching his place, insisted that he did not make the on-call booking, so what to do, send him back to where i pick him up.
