I think starting from Upper Weld Road, Kg Kapor Road also opposite direction probably all the way to Verdun Road. Just notice it today. Haven't figure out the extent of the change yet.

yup, going to mustafa now cannot go by kitchener nor sam leong...
the one way change now towards hougang direction

Just happened on Friday coz they wanna change the road system to cut down

traffic and jams. So now the inner road parallels the Serangoon Road.

I think it makes good sense.
