just asking...
the white shirt also catch pte cars at bus stop?

another question...
cars waiting at taxi stand (bishan, plaza sing etc) LTA no enforcement on it?

i think its just becuz TD are easy to bully.
99% kena caught just pay fine n lan lan.
Pte cars owner will write into press, or go MP meet the people session to voice out (ie, raining mah, my old mother can't walk far mah) Thus making LTA headache...
